Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent.

Objective:The Certified Performance Management Specialist course is designed to equip HR professionals, managers, and team leaders with the knowledge and tools required to design, implement, and manage effective performance management systems. The course covers the entire performance management cycle—including goal setting, KPI and OKR alignment, continuous feedback, performance appraisal methods, competency mapping, coaching, and performance improvement plans.

Duration: Three Month.
