Eligibility: 10+2 (higher Secondary) or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified Visual Effects Artist (Foundational) course is designed to introduce learners to the core principles and techniques used in the creation of visual effects (VFX) for film, television, advertising, and digital media. This course focuses on building a strong foundation in compositing, motion tracking, green screen (chroma keying), rotoscoping, matte painting, and basic 3D integration. Learners will gain hands-on experience with industry-standard tools such as Adobe After Effects, Nuke, and Blender.
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.
Step 2: Click on the “Enroll Now” button.
Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Duration- 60 minutes.
No. of Questions- 30. (Multiple Choice Questions).
Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 2: Principles of Compositing and Layering: Basics of green screen and chroma keying, Understanding alpha channels, mattes, and masks, Layering footage and blending techniques, Rotoscoping fundamentals and edge refinement, Using tracking and stabilization tools, Introduction to color correction and matching for composites.
Module 3: Digital Matte Painting and Background Creation: Concept and use of matte painting in VFX, Perspective, lighting, and scale in matte artwork, Combining photography, painting, and 3D elements, Using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects for matte painting, Creating environment extensions and digital set replacements, Integrating matte paintings with live-action footage.
Module 4: Motion Tracking and Matchmoving: Understanding 2D and 3D tracking techniques, Using point, planar, and camera tracking, Tracking footage for inserting CGI elements, Basics of matchmoving for realistic object integration, Using tools like Mocha or After Effects tracker, Cleaning up tracking data and stabilizing footage.
Module 5: VFX Tools and Software Workflow: Introduction to Adobe After Effects and its interface, Basic use of Foundry Nuke for compositing, Importing and managing assets for VFX, Keyframing and working with animation curves, Managing layers, pre-compositions, and render settings, Exporting VFX shots in different formats and resolutions.
Module 6: Foundational VFX Projects and Portfolio Development: Planning and executing a simple VFX shot from start to finish, Replacing backgrounds, adding smoke/fire/glow effects, Creating basic scene enhancements and fixes, Receiving and applying feedback for revisions, Assembling a beginner VFX portfolio with breakdowns, Understanding career paths and next steps in VFX specialization.
