Eligibility: Graduation or Equivalent.
Objective: The Certified Workplace Ergonomics Specialist course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and tools to evaluate and improve ergonomic conditions in various work environments including offices, manufacturing, healthcare, and construction. The course covers ergonomic risk factors (repetitive motion, poor posture, force, vibration), workstation design, anthropometry, manual handling ergonomics, and use of ergonomic assessment tools (e.g., RULA, REBA).
Duration: Three Month.
How to Enroll and Get Certified in Your Chosen Course:
Step 1: Choose the course you wish to get certified in.

Step 3: Proceed with the enrollment process.
Step 4: Enter your billing details and continue to course fee payment.
Step 5: You will be redirected to the payment gateway. Pay the course and exam fee using one of the following methods:
Debit/Credit Card, Wallet, Paytm, Net Banking, UPI, or Google Pay.
Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.

Module 1: Introduction to Ergonomics and Human Factors: Definition, scope, and importance of ergonomics in the workplace, Principles of human factors engineering, Relationship between ergonomics, productivity, and injury prevention, Categories of ergonomic risk factors: physical, cognitive, organizational, Common work-related musculoskeletal disorders (WMSDs), Roles and responsibilities of a Workplace Ergonomics Specialist.
Module 2: Ergonomic Risk Assessment and Evaluation Techniques: Identification of ergonomic hazards in various work environments, Use of ergonomic assessment tools (REBA, RULA, NIOSH Lifting Equation), Task analysis and posture evaluation techniques, Data collection methods: checklists, observations, interviews, Prioritizing risks and determining exposure levels, Documentation and reporting of ergonomic assessments.
