Objective: The Certified Health & Safety Legal Compliance Auditor course is designed to equip participants with the knowledge and auditing skills necessary to evaluate an organization’s adherence to occupational health and safety legislation and regulatory frameworks. The course covers key areas such as national and international health and safety laws (e.g., OSHA, Factories Act, ISO 45001), audit planning and methodology, legal documentation review, compliance checklists, and gap analysis techniques. Participants will learn to identify legal non-compliance, recommend corrective actions, and generate professional audit reports.
Duration: Three Month.

Step 6: After successful payment, you will receive your study material login ID and password via email within 48 hours of fee payment.
Step 7: Once you complete the course, take the online examination.
Step 8: Upon passing the examination, you will receive:
• A soft copy (scanned) of your certificate via email within 7 days of examination.
• A hard copy (original with official seal and signature) sent to your address within 45 day of declaration of result.
Step 9: After certification, you will be offered job opportunities aligned with your area of interest.

Maximum Marks- 100, Passing Marks- 40%.
